If you want to return the goods, please write to me in advance at: beadjewelrycreate@gmail.com .
I accept returns only after prior arrangement and with a tracking number .

Returns are possible within 14 days of delivery , if the goods have not been used and are in their original condition.
All costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer .

The return address is provided by arrangement via email.
