Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between the seller and the buyer when purchasing goods through the kristoferjewelry.com online store.

2. Order and conclusion of the contract

An order created through the e-shop is a draft purchase contract.
The purchase contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order by e-mail.
The buyer is obliged to provide true and complete information necessary for the delivery of the order.

3. Price and payment terms

All prices are listed in CZK and the seller is not a VAT payer .
Payment is only possible online by credit card through the secure Shopify payment gateway.
The goods are shipped only after payment has been received.

4. Delivery terms

All jewelry is handmade to order.
Production time is usually 3-5 business days .
Delivery is provided by Zásilkovna (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland) and Czech Post (other countries).
After sending the order, the customer will receive an email with the shipment tracking number.

5. Withdrawal from the contract and return of goods

The buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery of the goods , if they have not been used and are in their original condition.
Returning goods is only possible after prior agreement via the seller's email and with the shipment tracking number .
All return costs are borne by the buyer.
The return address is provided by arrangement via email.

6. Complaints

If the delivered goods have a defect, please contact the seller by email with a description and photo of the defect.
The complaint will be handled individually according to the agreement and in accordance with the Civil Code.

7. Protection of personal data

The seller processes the buyer's personal data only for the purpose of processing the order, delivering the goods and communicating with the customer.
Details are provided in the Privacy Policy document.

8. Final provisions

These terms and conditions are valid from 1 November 2025 .
The Seller reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
